These site-tested solutions tackle the toughest and most economically-significant mining applications and can help bring operational performance in your plant to the next level.

Hard Rock Mining

Increase SAG mill throughput capacity by up to 8%, reduce specific energy, and minimize risk of trip/failure with dynamic load optimization. Option to optimize feed system for further improvements in consistency of operation and management of feed inventory.

Improve slurry density control and consistency through upset conditions, stabilizing feed to cyclones and increasing overall plant recovery. Option to fully integrate with the SpartanPRO^TM SAG solution.

Soft Rock Mining

Reduce short-term feed interruptions by up to 80% by optimally managing ore storage and feed bin inventories. Reduces dead-zone formation, stabilizes downstream processes and improves overall mill recovery.

Optimally control leach water addition to maintain product grade at product specifications and avoid over-leaching sellable product. Increases net plant product recovery rate by up to 0.5%.

Increase the selective production of high-value product by up to 10% by optimizing available inventory to keep compactors fully loaded, even through upset conditions.
