If this is your first time using the portal, you will need to create a user account. Select "Sign up now" to create a new account on the sign-in page. We do require portal users to register with their company email. Requests for new accounts are typically approved or denied within two business days.

The secure customer portal uses 2-step authentication at every sign-in.

Security and 2-Step Authentication

Your secure customer portal login includes credentials that are specific to you. To ensure the security of the information viewed through the portal, the system will send you a new verification code via email when you log in. The sender of this email will appear as Microsoft on behalf of Applied Control.

 

If you do not receive a verification shortly, look into your email spam folder. You may need to add msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com to your email whitelist.

Once signed in, use the cards in the dashboard to view specific information. Alternatively, navigate to a particular area, like "Orders," and search to find information filtered by particular parameters.
