Plantweb Insight™ Valve Health Application
The Valve Health application is software that generates health index indicators based on the degradation level of the connected valves.
The health index is calculated and displayed on a dashboard to easily view the health of the full fleet of valves. The Valve Health application combines Emerson expertise and valve analytics to provide indicators adapted to the user-defined parameters of each valve. The dashboard also displays trends of past health, valve problem explanations, recommended actions, and a recommended time frame to take action. The Valve Health application empowers users to prioritize maintenance decisions with better information to improve the reliability and performance of the plant.
